Hello Reader,

Today during breakfast my Dad was talking to us about the Christians in different parts of history that fought against evil. We were talking about people like Corrie Ten Boom who helped Jews in the time of the Nazis. To get his point across, my Dad used an analogy of someone who is carrying a candle into a dark room. Once the candle goes into the room, the light from the candle pushes some of the darkness away. The candle fights the surrounding darkness.The candle is like the Christian people who fought the Nazis and helped the Jews. Now in our time, we can fight evil by praying for others and helping others in need. When we banish darkness from our lives, light wins and is triumphant.
